Strategic Planning and Controlling with
Hoshin Kanri
The module provides the standard Hoshin Kanri method for strategic planning. It can be flexibly adapted or individualized to the respective company requirements. Based on the information and the portfolio structures, the module generates the typical Hoshin Matrix.
In combination with the stazy DNA you get a completely flexible structuring of the Hoshin Matrix and can freely adjust the deviation in depth or expansion of structures if required.
